Q: If I buy Astra Image, how many computers can I use it on?
A: For individuals, you can use Astra Image on up to three of your own computers. That means three computers in your own household. For companies, the government and the military, you can use one license on one computer.
Q: How does Astra Image store the image data internally?
A: Astra Image uses 32-bit floating-point numbers internally.
Q: I made adjustments and saved my photo, but the adjustments are gone. Why?
A: If you made adjustments in the Adjustmens Window, you need to click the Apply Permanently button.
Q: I used Astra Image to produce images for a scientific publication. Can you give me more details on how (some algorithm) works?

Q: My computer crashed and I lost my license key. What should I do?
A: If you lost your license key, please e-mail us and we will send you a new one.

A: Yes. Go to the Image menu, and select the Metadata... item.
